What would life be without our sweet treats? Chef Nasya leads culinary development and execution of delicious and healthy sweet treats. Born and raised in Chicago as the sixth of eight children, she stumbled across baking in preparing baked goods for her family and friends on special occasions. Hobby became passion, and passion led her to enroll in Kennedy King College’s Washburn Baking & Pastry Culinary School. For the past five years she has also worked as an understudy with her husband, Chef Tsadakeeyah, learning to prepare healthy vegan fare.
Chef Tsadakeeyah leads the Majani Catering team and is responsible for culinary development and execution on the savory side and all culinary operations. A vegan for almost 30 years and vegan chef for 25 years, Chef Tsadakeeyah is passionate about facilitating an earth-friendly lifestyle through providing delicious plant-based food and creating local production gardens, and facilitating community building activities. Chef Tsadakeeyah is also the Founding Gardener of Bronzeville Community Garden.
Just tried Majani meals. I was looking for an option for my mom & other seniors to get healthy meals instead of processed frozen foods or processed pizzas delivered. Especially since a lot of us have busy schedules, and some of the seniors don't feel like cooking.
I'm not even close to being any type of vegetarian but this brother right here puts up a convincing argument to my pallet. The first thing I had was his Sweet Potato Bruschetta so impressed I cant even remember what else I had to continue to drool over his food. Basically whatever he is serving i will eat no question it will DEEEELISH!!!
I was skeptical at first about trying anything different from the norm. But after trying just a nibble of Majani's meals, I have become a huge fan. The meals are simply fantastic!!!
